MindMomentsMilestone provides digital learning resources. Please review the product description, included formats, version, and delivery details before purchase.

When we can help

Contact support within 7 calendar days if you were charged more than once, received a corrupted or incorrect file, or did not receive access after payment confirmation. We will first attempt to resolve the delivery or file issue promptly.

Digital-access limitation

Where a digital product has been successfully delivered and matches the description shown at purchase, refunds are generally not available after download or access because the product can be copied immediately. This does not affect support for a demonstrable delivery, duplicate-payment, or materially incorrect-file issue.

How to request support

Email mindmomentsmilestone@gmail.com with the product name, payment email, order reference, and a short description of the issue.

Processing

Where a refund is approved, it is processed through the original payment route used by the payment provider. Processing time depends on the provider and the buyer’s bank or payment method.
